Descripción:VUF11207 Triflate is a molecule that has been shown to inhibit HIV infection in vitro. The human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) enters cells by binding to chemokine receptors on the surface of the cell, which triggers the fusion of viral and cellular membranes. VUF11207 Triflate inhibits this process by preventing HIV from binding to chemokine receptors, thereby blocking entry into the cell. This inhibition has been shown to occur at concentrations that are achievable in vivo.
