Descripción:4-Chloro-2-(1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)phenol is a chemical compound that has been used in the diagnosis of cancer. It has also been shown to have protease activity and may be useful for structural biology. 4-Chloro-2-(1H-1,2,3-triazol-4-yl)phenol inhibits mitochondrial protein synthesis by binding to the hepg2 cell site and preventing the formation of disulfide bonds. The lack of expression of this protein in cancer cells leads to a reduced prognosis. This drug has also been shown to affect body mass index due to its effects on calcium binding.
