Descripción:
4-(3-Bromobenzoyl)morpholine is a morpholine derivative that is a selective inhibitor of the enzyme protein kinase. It has been shown to be effective against aminoglycoside and boronic acid esters in the synthesis of amides and acylating agents. 4-(3-Bromobenzoyl)morpholine binds to the ATP site on the protein kinase, which prevents phosphorylation of proteins by inhibiting ATP binding. This results in an increase in cell death as cells cannot divide or synthesize proteins required for survival.
