Descripción:Asp-AMS is a molecule that has been found to be present in human mitochondria. This molecule has been shown to have an inhibitory effect on the synthesis of bacterial proteins, including those that are involved in the production of toxins, which may be due to its ability to bind with these proteins and prevent their function. Asp-AMS also inhibits the production of inflammatory molecules that are responsible for autoimmune diseases and other inflammatory disorders. The binding of this molecule with specific enzymes has been observed using polymerase chain reaction (PCR) techniques on bacteria isolated from infected patients. These enzymes include target enzymes such as subtilisin and acid phosphatase, which are involved in protein synthesis, fatty acid metabolism, and immune response. It is also known that Asp-AMS can be sequenced by mass spectrometry techniques.
