Descripción:
Azido-dPEG®11-amine is a potent and selective inhibitor of the activation of receptor tyrosine kinases. It has been shown to inhibit the activation of protein kinase C, calcium channels, and potassium channels and has potential as a research tool for studying protein interactions. Azido-dPEG®11-amine is a ligand that binds to the receptor and activates it by binding to its ligand-binding site. This drug is also being studied as an antibody carrier molecule with high purity.
