Descripción:DT204 is a fluoroquinolone antibiotic that has been shown to have stem cell-like properties. DT204 targets the bacterial efflux pump, leading to an accumulation of intracellular DT204, which then inhibits the polymerase chain reaction (PCR) activity and genetic material synthesis in bacteria. The use of DT204 has been shown to be effective against multidrug-resistant typhimurium and transducing sequences in high-risk disease. This drug has also been shown to have antitumor activity through inhibition of HER2+ breast cancer cells.
