Descripción:2-(1H-Pyrazol-4-yl)-1,3-thiazole is a synthetic compound that inhibits the growth of bacteria. It has a bactericidal effect on both gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria. 2-(1H-Pyrazol-4-yl)-1,3-thiazole inhibits bacterial growth by binding to the 50S ribosomal subunit and preventing the formation of peptidyl tRNA. This drug has shown antibacterial effects against many bacterial strains including Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus agalactiae, and Escherichia coli. 2-(1H-Pyrazol-4-yl)-1,3-thiazole also exhibits antibiotic activity against some bacteria that are resistant to other antibiotics such as ceftriaxone or erythromycin.
