Descripción:
1-(4-Bromophenyl)-4-chlorobutan-1-one is a chemokine ligand that binds to the CXC receptor 2 and regulates chemotaxis. It is also a potent inhibitor of neuropathic pain, as well as a key regulator of atherosclerosis and restenosis. This ligand has shown significant binding to the insulin receptor, which may be due to modifications in its structure. Clinical trials are currently underway to investigate the interactions between this ligand and insulin resistance.
