Descripción:Dimetacrine is a drug used to treat patients with clinical conditions, such as infectious diseases, which are characterized by high levels of hydrochloric acid in the body. Dimetacrine prevents the accumulation of hydrochloric acid by binding to the enzyme that controls its production. Dimetacrine has been shown to be beneficial in clinical studies for patients with chronic schizophrenia and autoimmune disease. Clinical response rates were significantly higher than those seen in placebo-treated patients.
