Descripción:Riociguat-d3 is an inhibitor that has been shown to be effective in preventing the growth and spread of cancer cells. It is an analog of Riociguat, which is a drug used to treat pulmonary hypertension. Riociguat-d3 induces apoptosis, or programmed cell death, in cancer cells by inhibiting specific kinases that are involved in cell division and growth. This drug has also been shown to be effective against chloroquine-resistant strains of malaria, as well as other diseases caused by parasites. Additionally, Riociguat-d3 has been found to increase urine output and decrease blood pressure in human trials. It has also been studied for its potential use as an anticoagulant, with promising results when compared to dabigatran.
