(2S,3R,4R,4aS,10Br)-3,4,8,9,10-pentahydroxy-2-(hydroxymethyl)-3,4,4a,10b-tetrahydro-2H-pyrano[3,2-c]isochromen-6-one is a chemoattractant protein that has been shown to have activity indices of 2.5 and 1.5 in the presence of 0.1% dextran sulfate and 0.1% triterpenoid saponin respectively. This protein is found in human liver acetate extract and has been shown to have an activity index of 3.0 in the presence of 10% acetate extract.
