• Descripción: GSK4028 is a multidomain molecule that is being developed for the treatment of autoimmune diseases, including multiple sclerosis and psoriasis. GSK4028 binds to the pd-l1 protein in the antigen-presenting cells of the immune system, preventing T cells from recognizing it. This binding inhibits a molecular pathway known as the ubiquitin proteasome pathway. The inhibition of this pathway results in a decrease in inflammatory cytokines and other molecules that are involved in autoimmune diseases. In addition, GSK4028 has been shown to inhibit an inflammatory response by T cells and to have anti-inflammatory properties in animal models of inflammatory diseases such as sepsis and colitis. GSK4028 also has antiviral activities against viruses such as toxoplasma and influenza virus by inhibiting their ability to replicate.
