Información del producto
The 1-[2-(3-bromophenoxy)ethyl]piperidine (BPEP) is an inhibitor of the pyrazole ring-opening reaction. It inhibits the coupling of aryl bromides and alkyl amines to form the corresponding substituted pyrazoles in a one-pot process, which is catalyzed by Pd. The BPEP can be used in microwave irradiation for synthesis and screening of palladium catalysts. The BPEP is also being studied as a potential therapeutic agent for various cancers.
