Descripción:PRGL493 is a synthetic peptide that binds to the ion channel TRPC1 and inhibits its activity. It is used as a research tool in pharmacology, cell biology, and protein interactions. PRGL493 has been shown to inhibit the activation of TRPC1 by calcium ions, thereby inhibiting calcium-dependent signaling pathways.
