Descripción:4-Fluoroisatin is a synthetic compound that is used as a research chemical and as an intermediate in organic synthesis. It has been shown to be an effective reagent for the preparation of complex compounds, such as 5-aminomethyl-4-chloroindole, 1-(4-fluorophenyl)-3-(4-methylphenyl)urea, and 3-[2-(1H-indol-3-yl)ethyl]benzamide. 4-Fluoroisatin can also be used for the preparation of versatile building blocks for use in organic synthesis. This compound is soluble in most common solvents and does not decompose at high temperatures.
