Descripción:Acetoacetate-o-toluidide is a compound with antimicrobial activity. It is a diazonium salt that reacts with copper to form a stable complex. Acetoacetate-o-toluidide has been shown to have antibacterial and antifungal properties in vitro, as well as an inhibitory effect on the growth of bacteria in the bladder. This compound also inhibits the synthesis of proteins by binding to the nitrogen atoms in their amino acids, which are necessary for protein synthesis.
