R-(-)-3-Acetoxyquinuclidine is a drug that acts as a muscarinic receptor antagonist. It is used to treat hypertension, but also has been shown to have an effect on the central nervous system. Finally, this drug can also cause dilation of blood vessels and decrease blood pressure.
