HAVY can also inhibit toll like receptor 4 mediated inflammatory responses in vivo. HAVY is an inhibitor of angiotensin II type 1 receptor activity, which may be useful in treating cardiovascular diseases such as atherosclerotic lesions, hypertension, and bowel disease.
