Descripción

4-Amino-N-propylbenzamide is an enantioselective cycloaddition catalyst that has been shown to enhance the rate of protein conjugation. The catalytic activity of 4-amino-N-propylbenzamide is due to its ability to activate nitroso compounds and form a heterocyclic transition state, which leads to regioselectivity and high enantiomeric excess. 4-Amino-N-propylbenzamide has been used in the production of antibodies with monoclonal antibodies. These antibodies are used for detection of nitroso compounds in biological samples such as urine, blood, or cell culture supernatants.
