4-Cyanobenzylamine is a compound that is used in polymer synthesis. It is also used as a control experiment in cancer diagnosis and has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells. 4-Cyanobenzylamine has been shown to be an efficient method for synthesizing polymers with a carbonyl group, which can be used for the synthesis of polyurethanes. The reaction solution for this molecule consists of 3-mercaptopropionic acid, amide, and chloride. It is usually synthesized on a solid-phase support using c57/bl6 mice as the cell culture.
