Afrormosin-7-glucoside is a polysaccharide that is extracted from the roots of pueraria lobata. It has been shown to have synergistic effects with cancer drugs, such as paclitaxel and 5-fluorouracil. Afrormosin-7-glucoside has also been shown to inhibit the growth of various types of cancer cells in vitro. The mechanism of its anti-cancer activity is not fully understood.
