Descripción:CP 21 is a drug that has been found to be effective in the treatment of autoimmune diseases and cancer, with a high specificity for cancer tissues. CP 21 is a humanized antibody fragment that binds to β-catenin protein, which is involved in the activation of Wnt signaling pathways. CP 21 has been shown to inhibit the proliferation of chronic kidney cells and can reduce the glomerular filtration rate in rats. CP 21 also blocks the binding of β-catenin to other proteins, inhibiting its activity. This drug may also have therapeutic potential in treating neoplastic diseases such as colon cancer and breast cancer.
