Descripción:
2-Amino-3-phenylpropanoic acid hydrochloride is a nutraceutical that is used as a painkiller. It is biosynthesized by the algae and can be found in plants, animals, and humans. This drug has been shown to inhibit phosphatase activity, which may be due to its ability to inhibit neurotransmitter release from nerve cells. 2-Amino-3-phenylpropanoic acid hydrochloride has also been shown to have anti-inflammatory properties and can be used for the treatment of pain associated with osteoarthritis. The enantiomer of this drug is not active in inhibiting phosphatase activity and does not possess anti-inflammatory properties.
