Información del producto
- Benzenemethanol, 3-Amino-5-Nitro-
3-Amino-5-nitrophenyl)methanol is a benzene derivative that is photochemically activated by light of wavelength 350 nm to produce positrons. It has been used for positron emission tomography (PET) imaging and for the radiolabeling of dna aptamers. 3-Amino-5-nitrophenyl)methanol undergoes a reaction with sodium fluoride in water to form benzo[a]pyrene. This reaction has been shown to be efficient, even at low concentrations of 3-amino-5-nitrophenyl)methanol, as well as being fast and selective. The technique was first developed by Bockris et al., who reported that it was capable of labeling dna aptamer molecules with high efficiency.
