6-Amino-1H-benzimidazole is a molecule with the amino function. It has been shown to have antitumor activity in cell culture and in vivo in mice. 6-Amino-1H-benzimidazole inhibits the proliferation of human immunoglobulin (Ig) G+ cells, which are involved in antibody production, by binding to a specific site on IgG molecules. The compound also has biological effects on human serum and a skeleton protein. 6-Amino-1H-benzimidazole is a small molecule that can be easily synthesized and has been shown to have potential as a drug candidate for cancer treatment or other diseases involving the immune system.
