Descripción:Aloisine RP106 is a small-molecule drug that inhibits the activity of lipid kinase, an enzyme involved in tumor angiogenesis. Aloisine RP106 works by inhibiting the production of a protein called death receptor 5, which is a lipid kinase that regulates the growth of new blood vessels. This drug also has anti-angiogenic effects and has been shown to inhibit skin cancer cells and prostate cancer cells in vitro. Aloisine RP106 may be useful for diagnosis and prognosis of various cancers, including liver cancer and melanoma.
