Información del producto
- Phenol, 4-amino-2-fluoro-
- 2-Fluoro-4-Aminophenol
4-Amino-2-fluorophenol is a potent inhibitor of kinases that has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells. It has been shown to inhibit the activity of a number of kinases, including those involved in angiogenesis and tumor progression. 4-Amino-2-fluorophenol inhibits cellular proliferation and induces apoptosis by inhibiting the phosphorylation and activation of protein kinase B (AKT). 4-Amino-2-fluorophenol has also been shown to have potent inhibitory effects on rat liver microsomes. The pharmacokinetic properties of this drug are similar to those observed for sorafenib, which is used as a treatment for various cancers.
