Descripción:2-Amino-4-(4-chlorophenyl)thiazole is an antibacterial agent that acts by inhibiting the synthesis of bacterial cell wall. It has a reactive group in the molecule that binds to the hydroxyl group of the glucose residue in peptidoglycan, preventing cross-linking and formation of new cell walls. 2-Amino-4-(4-chlorophenyl)thiazole is active against Gram positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus, Streptococcus pyogenes, and Bacillus subtilis. This compound also inhibits the growth of Gram negative bacteria such as E. coli and Salmonella enterica. 2-Amino-4-(4-chlorophenyl)thiazole has been shown to be able to penetrate into cells and tissues, making it effective against some intracellular infection.2-Amino-4-(4-chlorophenyl)thiaz
