Información del producto
Nombre:Azoic Coupling Component 34, Technical grade Dye content
Marca:Biosynth
Descripción:Azoic Coupling Component 34 is a leucocyte substrate that is used for the diagnosis of mastitis. The presence of this dye in milk indicates the presence of bacteria and can be used to identify the type of bacteria present. Azoic Coupling Component 34 is not chemically described, but it is known to react with tyrosinase, an enzyme found in many mammalian cells. It has been shown to be effective at pH 6.5-8.0 and temperatures between 20-25°C.
Azocoupling component 34 has been shown to consist of two different enzymes: acid phosphatase and phosphatases. Acid phosphatases hydrolyze p-nitrophenyl phosphate into p-nitrophenol and orthophosphate (OP) while phosphatases hydrolyze OP into orthophosphate and pyrophosphate (PP). This reaction can be detected using cytochemistry techniques which show a yellow color when detecting PP or a
