Descripción:Ala-Tyr-OH is a cyclic peptide with a molecular weight of 434.6 Da and a pKa of 3.4. Ala-Tyr-OH binds to the integrin receptor, which is found in blood vessels, kidney, liver, and other tissues. It has been shown to inhibit the activity of enzymes such as phospholipase A2 and cyclooxygenase 2 (COX-2). Ala-Tyr-OH is also able to form stable complexes with fatty acids in vivo and in vitro models. The physiological effects of this drug are not well known because it has not been tested on animals or humans.
