Descripción:4-Amino-1H-pyrazole is a synthetic compound that inhibits the coagulation pathway by inhibiting the synthesis of prothrombin and factor VII. This compound has been shown to be effective in treating autoimmune diseases and cancer. 4-Amino-1H-pyrazole binds to a unique site on the coagulation enzyme, which is not present in other thrombin inhibitors, such as hirudin and heparin. The binding site overlaps with the kinase domain, which inhibits protein synthesis by preventing phosphorylation of key enzymes. In addition, it inhibits wild type strains of bacteria and has been shown to inhibit the growth of cancer cells.
