Descripción

Pontacyl Violet 6R is a transcriptional regulator that belongs to the group of plant-derived substances. It has been shown to induce apoptosis in plant cells by binding to the nuclear DNA, which causes chromatin condensation and fragmentation. The reactive nature of this substance makes it an attractive candidate for use as a drug target. Pontacyl Violet 6R has also been shown to inhibit the growth of biliary cirrhosis cells in vitro by targeting specific cell nuclei. This molecule may be used as a potential drug target for the treatment of various diseases, such as cancer and diabetes, because of its ability to bind with recombinant proteins and sequences.
