Descripción:4-(3-Bromophenyl)-1,3-thiazol-2-amine is an inhibitor of enzymes such as cholinesterase and covalent binding. It has been shown to inhibit the activity of cholinesterase in vitro. This drug is not active against erythromycin or lincomycin. 4-(3-Bromophenyl)-1,3-thiazol-2-amine also has a phenylthiazole linkage that can be conjugated with other molecules for use as a therapeutic agent.
