Información del producto
- 4-Benzyloxy-3-bromophenol
4-(Benzyloxy)-3-bromophenol is an amide derivative of gabapentin. It is a potent, selective inhibitor of the enzyme fatty acid amide hydrolase (FAAH). FAAH is responsible for the degradation of anandamide, which is an endocannabinoid that functions as a neurotransmitter. 4-(Benzyloxy)-3-bromophenol has been shown to inhibit pain in animal models and humans. The analgesic effect of this drug may be due to its ability to inhibit FAAH in tissues such as nerves, muscles, and joints. The analgesic effect may also be due to its ability to synergistically interact with other drugs such as acetaminophen or morphine. 4-(Benzyloxy)-3-bromophenol has been shown to have limited effects on nociception at high doses, but dose-dependent antinociceptive effects at lower doses.
