Bis[4-(3-aminophenoxy)benzoyl]benzene is a chemical derivative. It is used to measure decoupling and the degree of nitrogen in tissue samples. This molecule has shown promise as a potential treatment for cancer through its ability to inhibit growth factor β and other pathways that are involved in tumor growth. Additional studies are needed to confirm these findings. Bis[4-(3-aminophenoxy)benzoyl]benzene is also being studied for its use against cervical cancer. The molecule has been shown to bind to the polymer film and form a monoclonal antibody that targets primary tumor cells, which prevents them from growing and dividing.
