Información del producto
- 5-bromo-1-[tris(1-methylethyl)silyl]-1H-indole
- 5-bromo-1-(triisopropylsilyl)-1H-indole
5-Bromo-1-(triisopropylsilyl)-1h-indole is a natural alkaloid. It is the first example of an efficient, enantioselective synthesis of diketopiperazine. The key step in this synthesis is the regioselective, stereoselective dihydroxylation of 5-bromoindole with sodium hypochlorite as the oxidant and tertiary butanol as a solvent. This reaction results in the formation of two products: 5-bromo-1-(triisopropylsilyl)-1h-indole and 1-(2,2,2-trimethylpropoxy)butane.
