N-Benzyloxycarbonyl-2,3-dihydropyrrole is a cationic lipid. It is synthesized by the reaction of 2,3-dihydropyrrole with benzyl chloroformate. N-Benzyloxycarbonyl-2,3-dihydropyrrole has high tolerability and low toxicity in both animal models and humans. It also has a low molecular weight, so it can be formulated as lipids in order to form lipid nanoparticles.
