• Descripción: N-Benzyl-(S)-proline is a substructure of the molecule proline. It has been shown to be a kinetic intermediate in the formation of ester hydrochloride. N-Benzyl-(S)-proline has been shown to have different architectures and phase liquid chromatography. It exists as several isomers, with the neutral form being the most common. The chloride ion can be found in both the ester hydrochloride molecule and in water molecules. Diphenylprolinol (Dpp) is an isomer that does not contain a chloride ion. Dpp is more soluble than N-benzyl-(S)-proline, but it does not have any biological activity.
