Descripción:Boc-Asp-OBzl is a hydrolysate that contains aspartic acid and has been shown to inhibit the activity of the enzyme peptidylglycine alpha-amidating monooxygenase. It is an orthogonal inhibitor that can be used to study the role of aspartic acid in peptide synthesis. Boc-Asp-OBzl has also been shown to inhibit rat liver microsomes, with an IC50 value of about 0.4 mM, and it did not affect the activity of vitamin K1 or other enzymes. This inhibitor can also be used in experiments on rat liver microsomes and solubilized rat liver preparations.br>
