Descripción

Boc-L-Asp-OH is a model protein that is stabilized by the addition of phenyl groups. This stabilizing group is important for cancer therapy because it prevents the degradation of glutamic acid residues, which have been shown to be involved in the uptake of cancer cells. Boc-L-Asp-OH has also been shown to be useful as a potential drug against cancer due to its ability to inhibit enzyme activity and cellular proliferation. The immobilized form of this protein has been shown to have good water solubility and can be used for the production of drugs such as amide or trifluoromethyl groups.
