Boc-L-tyrosine N-hydroxysuccinimide ester is a linker that is used for the synthesis of peptides. It has good solubility in dimethylformamide and can be incorporated into synthetic peptides. Boc-L-tyrosine N-hydroxysuccinimide ester reacts with lysine residues to form amide bonds, which are stable under physiological conditions.
