Covid-19 is a polymer that contains polystyrene and poly(methyl methacrylate) copolymers. Covid-19 is composed of two monomers: 1-bromo-4-(trimethylsilyl)benzene (1BSB) and ferrocene. The copolymerization of the two monomers, 1BSB and ferrocene, results in covid-19. Covid-19 has an optical absorption band at around 400 nm and a fluorescence emission band at around 460 nm. Covid-19 can be used as a linker for other polymers or chemical reactions. This polymer can undergo copolymerization with other monomers to form different structures with different properties, or it can be functionalized with reactive groups to form new materials with specific applications.
