• Descripción: N-Phenylquinolin-4-amine is a quinoline derivative that is used for the treatment of cancer. It inhibits the growth of cancer cells by binding to epidermal growth factor receptors and blocking the activity of epidermal growth factor (EGF). N-Phenylquinolin-4-amine has been shown to be an effective anticancer agent in vitro and in vivo, but it is not effective against some resistant cancer cells. This drug also binds to hippuric acid, a metabolite found in urine, and may have potential as a diagnostic tool. N-Phenylquinolin-4-amine has shown antitumour activity in animal studies and clinical trials.
