Descripción:Beta-Casomorphin (1-3) is a molecule that has been shown to have a variety of biological activities. In vitro tests have shown this molecule to inhibit the uptake of myeloid-derived suppressor cells, which are immune cells that can suppress the immune system. This molecule was also found to be able to reverse the effects of cancer and infectious diseases in vivo. Functional assays have revealed that Beta-Casomorphin (1-3) has an inhibitory effect on chronic bronchitis and nepeta cataria, as well as other conditions. The optimum pH for this molecule is 5, and it is most active at a concentration of 10 μM. Beta-Casomorphin (1-3) may be toxic to cells at high concentrations, so it should be used with caution when administered in culture.
