The 13C NMR spectrum of 2-chloro-3,5-dinitropyridine shows peaks at around 167 ppm and 191 ppm, which correspond to the vibrational modes of the nitro group. The population growth kinetic study showed that 2-chloro-3,5-dinitropyridine exhibits constant population growth when stimulated by a constant concentration of chloride ions.
