Información del producto
2-Chloro-6,7-dimethoxyquinoxaline is a substituted quinoxaline that has been found to have kinase inhibitory activity. This compound binds to the active site of receptor tyrosine kinases and inhibits the autophosphorylation of the phosphotyrosine residues on the receptor. Substituents on 2-chloro-6,7-dimethoxyquinoxaline can be modified in order to give analogues with different kinase inhibitory activity. Pharmacokinetic studies of 2-chloro-6,7-dimethoxyquinoxaline suggest that it is not significantly absorbed when taken orally, with a bioavailability of less than 1%.
