Descripción

SD 0006 is an anti-inflammatory agent that inhibits the p38mapk enzyme and prevents the activation of voltage-dependent calcium channels. It has been shown to inhibit light emission in bacterial cells, which may be due to its ability to block calcium channels. SD 0006 also has a protective effect on ischemia reperfusion injury in a rat model. The drug binds to the ryanodine receptor and inhibits receptor binding, preventing the release of calcium from intracellular stores. SD 0006 may be used for the treatment of metabolic disorders such as type 2 diabetes and inflammatory diseases such as psoriasis or rheumatoid arthritis.
