Descripción:2-Chloro-4-(tributylstannyl)pyrimidine is a potent inhibitor of activin, an important regulator of bone morphogenetic protein. This drug has been shown to inhibit the production of phosphatase and morphogenetic protein in mouse fibroblasts, as well as inhibiting the growth of cells from patients with fibrodysplasia. 2-Chloro-4-(tributylstannyl)pyrimidine also inhibits metabolic stability and enzyme inhibitory activities.
