Descripción:5-Chloro-3-methyl-4-nitro-1H-pyrazole is a cytosolic protein that is found in wastewater treatment. This compound has shown protease activity and is used as a model for studying the interactions between proteins and enzymes. 5-Chloro-3-methyl-4-nitro-1H-pyrazole is one of the few compounds to have been shown to reduce mitochondrial membrane potential, which may be due to its ability to bind to cardiolipin. This compound also acts as a weak inhibitor on the ryanodine receptor, which is important in calcium signaling. 5-Chloro 3 methyl 4 nitro 1H pyrazole has been shown to inhibit jak1 kinase and dopamine receptors, and can be used as an electrochemical impedance spectroscopy probe.
