Información del producto
- 3-(4-Chlorophenyl)Propanenitrile
3-(4-Chlorophenyl)propanenitrile is a ligand that binds to monoxide and nitriles. It is efficient in reducing aldehydes and ketones. Rhodium complexes of 3-(4-chlorophenyl)propanenitrile can be used as catalysts for the reduction of carbon monoxide to acetic acid, which has been shown to be effective in the reduction of cyanoacetate. 3-(4-Chlorophenyl)propanenitrile is also used in biomolecular chemistry, such as acetonitrile synthesis, as well as other reactions involving nitriles or aldehydes.
